Box 506 in Lisbon, the Thomas Cook undercover address for mail to G.B from occupied Europe. Seven covers bear yellow readdressing labels to G.B tied by the oval dated cachets "THOS. COOK & SON LTD / BERKELEY STREET. W.1" (6, two types) or the scarce "THOS.COOK & SON LTD / 16 JAN. 1941 / ENEMY MAIL", five of these franked by G.B 2 1/2d perfined "TC/S", one with censor label of the Dutch forces in G.B. Also a news cutting regarding the court martial of Sgt. Hayes for retaining 56 bags of soldiers mail in Singapore due to overwork. Unusual. £100-120
