1840/1902 used collection on pages, useful line engraved incl 5 good to fine 1d blacks and a decent 1840 2d blue, fine [3 to 4 margin] 6d, 10d and 1/- Embossed, 1841 2d blue in 4 margin pair with m/c cancels and some better perforated 1d and 2d. Surface printed is a little mixed but does incl good to fine examples of SG 62/3, 101, 110, 123 pl 12, 151, 152, 153 pl 16 and 183. Also of note, several with cds incl 150 pl 11 and 156 [super 'Harleston JY 10 80']. There are good, sound examples of 2/- brown SG 121, 10/- SG 128 and £1 SG 185 [also EDVII £1 with small repair]. 1911/35 collection on homemade pages in binder with comprehensive coverage of the Downey head, 1912 and 1924 issues, incl shades, both mint and used. The vendor has made a decent stab at identification and, although there are no rare shades, the majority of the cheaper to middle ranking shades are present. Particularly strong is the 1912 issue with of note mint 2 1/2d x 15, 3d x 13, 4d x 7, 5d x 6, 7d x 4, 2 x 8d, 4 x 9d [agate], 4 x 10d and 6 x 1/- [with similar or more used in each case]. There is similar treatment of the 1911 [noted SG N8d and 350c mint] and 1924 issues. The 1934 Photo issue similarly mint and used [by format] follows and of note 2 fine 1 1/2d booklet panes [one with advert], some used Seahorses [average used], Wembleys and PUC [sideways and inverted], '35 Jubilee [incl some panes] etc. Useful lot.
