19THC FRENCH DOLL a Parisian doll, circa 1870-1880, the bisque head with fixed blue eyes and pierced ears. The bisque shoulder plate jointed to a kid body and limbs, with a dress and under garments (possibly original). Unmarked, Nose was professionally restored around 25 years ago. 28cms high *This doll was given to the present owner by her Great-Aunt, she had been given the doll by a local wealthy family (around Birmingham) as a gift in the early part of the 20thc.
