The station opened in 1908 and closed on 3 January 1966. Excellent condition with deep colour and shine.

Advertising enamel Sign 'Cadbury's Cocoa - Absolutely Pure Therefore The Best', measures 95" x 24". White on blue with a picture of a girl in period dress. This sign dates from around 1890 and is one of the earliest Cadbury signs known to exist. Made for the Cadbury's Campaign promoting cocoa for medicinal purposes. Loss around left hand edge and also around the bolt holes, otherwise good colour and shine and overall very good.
