TRANSCAUCASIAN FEDERATION OF SOVIET REPUBLICS - COVER TO FRANCE:1923 (17 June) env. handed in at the Batumi office of the "N PAQUET Co" for despatch via Constantinople to Marseilles where it was locally posted. bears on reverse two uncancelled adhesives and on face a single French 25c Sower to pay the internal French postage.
