82nd Squadron RAF Burma 1944-1945:- An Observer's and Air Gunner's Flying Log Book, named to A Blackburn W/O, the first entry dated 14-7-44, the last entry dated 30-10-45, with summary from 15-4-44 to 28.3.46 (the previous log book was reported stolen).This Log book relates to the Air War in Burma, and includes the practise of "rhubarbs" using Mosquito aircraft. "Rhubarb" was the name given to the daily practise of an air operation searching the scrublands and jungle streams for evidence of enemy movement. This is described in detail in the accompanying book Wings of the Phoenix, The Official Story of the Air War in Burma, page 28. (2) £200 - 300
