With list of the ship's company, sun's bearing, list of depots of provisions, monthly almanac listing daily events from 1850 - 53, and narrative of the movement of the Enterprise from leaving England in January 1850 to September 26th 1853 when the ship was frozen in for the winter at Camden Bay.
Since this volume and accompanying pamphlet have been handed down to descendants of the Collinson family it is likely this was the Admiral's own copy. Sold with a worn copy of [Stretton, Julia Cecilia] The Valley of A Hundred Fires, n.d., with pencil list of the characters and their real-life counterparts, which includes Admiral Collinson and other members of the family.
